Thank you for showing an interest in one of our offers.
Please note that the following Terms & Conditions apply to all of our offers and that individual offers may have their own additional T&Cs.
Any additional questions, please ask in the salon for all the details about your chosen offer or package.
General Terms & Conditions
Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio reserves the right to amend and alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Please mention the relevant offer or package when booking your appointment.
If you receive an email or text voucher, please ensure that you produce this voucher on arrival for your discounted service.
Vouchers / offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Vouchers / offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package or discount.
Unless otherwise stated, your service will be with any stylist level or beauty therapist as decided by the management at the Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio
Some offers may be subject to availability.
Some offers carry a stylist, beauty therapist, date & time restriction. For example, some offers or discounts will exclude Saturdays and may not be at peak times.
Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio management have the right to withdraw any offer at any given notice period.
If you are new to hair colour or you have not had a colour application with Chakra in the last 12 weeks, you will need to have an allergy alert test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour application appointment.
Chakra require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you want to re-book your appointment we will require payment up front.
No shows will incur a 50% deposit with the next appointment.
Offers are generally not available during December, unless otherwise stated.
Allergy test required 48 hours before your first Eyelash or Eyebrow tint at Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio.
Lost or stolen, gift vouchers, VIP cards, Loyalty cards or any other promotional items will not be replaced or refunded.
For the purpose of documentation and media, the taking of before and after photographs/videos of treatments and styling become the sole property of Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio, and may or may not be used by Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio across various platforms. You will be asked at reception upon arrival if you wish to opt IN to your treatment or styling to be used for documentation and media.

Hair department is covered by :- NIG insurance.
Beauty department is covered by :- Professional Beauty Direct.
VIP Card terms and conditions
Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio General Terms and Conditions apply but also include the following for the VIP Card.
VIP Card entitles the owner to the 15% discount on all Beauty Treatments. Offer excludes any promotional prices.
This card can only be applied at Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio Beauty Department.
This card is can not be applied at Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio Hair Department or products.
The card must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented at the time of visit in order to receive the reduction.
The card is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued and it is not transferable.
This card is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
This card is not valid for any product or vouchers purchases.
This card is valid till the end of November 2019
Loyalty Card
Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio General Terms and Conditions apply but also include the following for the Loyalty card.
Client has 18 months from the first stamp date to collect 10 stamps, and is limited to one stamp per visit.
Loyalty cards are assigned to specific departments only as stated on the card.
Loyalty cards are not transferable to another person or department.
Loyalty gift are chosen at the discrection of the Management.
The gift has to be collected on your 10th visit.
Gift Vouchers
Chakra Hair and Beauty Studio General Terms and Conditions apply but also include the following for the Gift Vouchers.
They have to be used within the allocated time
You can’t exchange them for cash or change.
